Easy Homemade Hummus (Vegan + GF)
Have you ever made your own hummus at home? Because you really really should be.
I’ve always just bought my own hummus because it’s simply easier. I never thought to make my own at home, yet a couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon a whole bunch of hummus recipes on Pinterest that caught my eye - and after seeing how simple the ingredients were, I figured I would give it a try myself. Not only is this hummus oil-free and healthier than store bought, but it truly takes only a few minutes in the food processor an tastes amazing.
Trust me, you’ll never settle for less than fresh hummus again.
Easy Homemade Hummus
1 can chickpeas
3 Tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp coconut aminos
1/4 cup plant milk
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until the hummus is super smooth! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
