Mango Raspberry Spritzers (Vegan + GF)
Hiya! I am back from my Euro adventure and ready to share some goodies with y’all that will both rock your socks and fill your tummies. I’ve also gotten quiet used to the past few weeks of chilly Fall weather in the Czech Republic, and so upon landing in the US, the sticky heat hit me like a slap in the face.
A slap I did not need nor ask for, but here we are.
And so, there is only one proper way to combat this ridiculous Summer humidity - and these spritzers just hit the nail on the head.
Ever since the unbearable heat has hit North Carolina, I’ve been scrambling for ways to hydrate and keep myself from literally melting like a popsicle, and to be honest, sometimes I AM JUST NOT IN THE MOOD FOR WATER - there, I said it. Smoothies are also like a meal - too filling. Yet, something that has a few bubbles, and has a fruity taste? Now that’s something I can get behind.
I made these spritzers at the beginning of July as a little experiment, and oh my gawd, there are the best thing to serve during the Summer, I’m not even exaggerating. They’re dumb easy to make, filled with a few simple ingredients, and just hit the SPOT.
So get goin’ because these spritzers are gonna be your new brunch/afternoon/picnic/everyday treat.
Mango Raspberry Spritzers

1 ripe mango
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp maple syrup
In a blender, blend together the mango and raspberries to make a jelly consistency. Then, add in the maple syrup and sparkling water. Once everything is blended together, pour it over ice!
